CALL TO ORDER

RECOMMENDATION
THAT the Special Council Meeting on February 18, 2025 be called to order at 7:00 p.m.

2.
CLOSED SESSION

RECOMMENDATION
THAT a Closed Meeting of Council be held on February 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.at the Wilmot Administrative Complex, in accordance with Section 239 (2)(h) of the Municipal Act, 2001, to consider the following:
- Confidential Information Supplied in Confidence from the Province of Ontario - Section 239 (2)(h) - Information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any item.

RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION

Council will reconvene in Open Session at approximately 8:00 p.m. and continue with the Agenda as presented.

RECOMMENDATION
THAT Council reconvenes in Open Session at 8:00 p.m.

TERRITORIAL LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Councillor S. Cressman will read the Territorial Land Acknowledgment.

ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA

RECOMMENDATION
THAT the Agenda as presented for February 18, 2025 be adopted.

6.
DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST UNDER THE MUNICIPAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST ACT

Members of Council and members of the Township’s local boards are required to file a written statement when they have a conflict of interest. If a conflict is declared, please review the Policies and Rules for Council and complete the Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest Form.
