As a reminder, here are the remainder of the scheduled meeting dates March 18th, April 15th, May 20th, and June 17th. The Committee may choose to do the site visit on one of those dates or set an additional meeting date. 9.3OPENING CEREMONY TIME Public Comments: The Committee is to set a time for the Opening Ceremonies for the 2025 Wilmot Canada Day event to enable Township of Wilmot staff to prepare invitations for dignitaries.
